All content, software, design, and intellectual property associated with ODIN is owned by or exclusively licensed to RFBitcoin.com Incorporated. This policy explains what rights you have and what uses are prohibited.

1. Ownership

The following are the exclusive property of RFBitcoin.com Incorporated, a corporation incorporated under the laws of Ontario, Canada:

The ODIN name, logo (the gold eye symbol), and all associated branding and trade dress;
The ODIN dashboard software, source code, algorithms, and scoring engine;
All market signal methodologies, composite scoring logic, and machine-learning model configurations;
All written content, documentation, tutorials, and educational materials published on the platform;
The visual design, user interface layouts, and graphical assets of the ODIN platform;
Any reports, share cards, or analytics outputs generated by the ODIN system.

2. Trademarks

ODIN and ODIN by RFBitcoin.com are trademarks of RFBitcoin.com Incorporated. You may not use these marks, or any marks confusingly similar to them, in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

All other trademarks, service marks, product names, and company names or logos mentioned on the platform are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

3. Permitted Uses

What you may do

Access and use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes while you hold an active subscription;
Share a screenshot of a signal or dashboard view on social media, provided you include clear attribution to ODIN by RFBitcoin.com (odin.rfbitcoin.com);
Quote brief excerpts of our documentation or educational content for commentary or review, with attribution;
Refer others to the platform using our official affiliate or referral links.

4. Prohibited Uses

What you may not do

Copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, or publicly display any substantial portion of the platform's content, code, or signal output without our written permission;
Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the platform, its signals, or any derived work;
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the ODIN software;
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the platform;
Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
Create derivative works — including competing platforms, signal services, or dashboards — based on ODIN's design, algorithms, or content;
Use the ODIN name, logo, or branding in a way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without our consent.

5. Open-Source Components

ODIN incorporates certain open-source software libraries. These components are used in accordance with their respective licences (such as MIT, BSD, and Apache 2.0). Open-source usage does not affect RFBitcoin.com Incorporated's ownership of the proprietary elements of the ODIN platform. A list of open-source dependencies is available upon request.

6. Third-Party Data and Content

ODIN displays market data, price feeds, and analytics sourced from third-party providers (exchanges, data APIs, on-chain analytics services). This data remains the property of its respective providers and is used under licence or in accordance with their terms. RFBitcoin.com does not claim ownership of underlying market data.

7. DMCA Notice & Takedown

If you believe that content available on or through the ODIN platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or equivalent legislation. Your notice must include:

Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
Identification of the material on the platform that you believe is infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it;
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf;
Your physical or electronic signature.

We will respond to valid DMCA notices promptly. Repeat infringers' access to the platform will be terminated.

8. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including: your contact information, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court. 9. Reporting Infringement

If you discover that ODIN's intellectual property is being used without authorisation — including unauthorised redistribution of signals, cloned dashboards, or misuse of our branding — please report it to us at [email protected]. We investigate all reports.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Copyright Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following a material change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
