Please read these Terms carefully before using ODIN. By accessing or subscribing to the ODIN platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Who We Are
ODIN is operated by RFBitcoin.com Incorporated, a corporation incorporated under the laws of Ontario, Canada ("RFBitcoin", "we", "us", or "our"). Our registered address is in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. Contact: [email protected].
2. Description of the Platform
ODIN is a market intelligence and informational analytics platform that aggregates publicly available cryptocurrency market data — including price data, on-chain metrics, technical indicators, and macro signals — and presents them in a unified dashboard.
ODIN generates generic, algorithm-based market signals (BULL / BEAR / NEUTRAL). These signals are:
- Produced by automated systems without human editorial review;
- Identical for all users — not tailored to any individual's financial situation;
- Informational and educational in nature only.
3. Not Financial or Investment Advice
ODIN does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of regulated advice. Nothing on the platform constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency, security, or other financial instrument. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and speculative. You may lose all of the money you invest. Always consult a qualified financial adviser before making any investment decision.
Regulatory Status (Ontario Securities Commission): ODIN provides general market data and analytical scoring for informational purposes only. All signals, scores, and commentary are broadcast identically to all users and are not tailored to any individual's financial situation, investment objectives, or risk tolerance. This output does not constitute investment advice within the meaning of the Securities Act (Ontario) or National Instrument 31-103. ODIN is not registered with the Ontario Securities Commission or any other securities regulatory authority in Canada. ODIN's analytical output falls within the non-tailored advice exemption under NI 31-103 s.8.25.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use ODIN. By using the platform you represent that you meet this requirement.
5. Subscriptions and Payment
Access to ODIN's premium features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are offered through our payment processor, Whop (Whop Payments Inc.). By purchasing a subscription you also agree to Whop's terms of service.
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected).
- All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop account. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
6. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and maintenance of an active subscription, RFBitcoin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ODIN for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not: sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the platform or any of its content; reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform; use the platform to build a competing product or service.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use ODIN to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Redistribute, republish, or commercialize our signals or data without written permission;
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest data from the platform;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its related systems.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, algorithms, designs, trademarks (including ODIN BY RFBITCOIN.COM), and trade dress associated with the platform are owned by or licensed to RFBitcoin.com Incorporated. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
9. No Custody of Funds
ODIN does not hold, custody, or transmit cryptocurrency or any other funds on your behalf. We do not have access to your exchange accounts, private keys, or wallet credentials. The optional TradingExecutor module (if and when made available) operates entirely on your own hardware using your own API keys.
10. Third-Party Services
ODIN displays data sourced from third-party providers (exchanges, data APIs, on-chain analytics). We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party data. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from inaccurate or delayed data.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RFBITCOIN.COM INCORPORATED AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RFBitcoin.com Incorporated and its officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of ODIN, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to ODIN at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, all licences granted to you will immediately cease. Sections 3, 8, 11, 12, 13, and 16 survive termination.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thunder Bay, Ontario.
