RFBitcoin.com Incorporated respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the ODIN platform at odin.rfbitcoin.com and any associated services operated by RFBitcoin.com Incorporated ("RFBitcoin", "we", "us", or "our"), headquartered in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada.

We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve our service:

3. What We Do NOT Collect
We never collect, store, or transmit:
- Private keys or seed phrases
- Exchange API keys or credentials
- Wallet addresses or on-chain transaction data tied to your identity
- Personally identifying financial account information
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the ODIN platform;
- Verify your active subscription via Whop;
- Send you transactional emails (subscription confirmations, renewal notices);
- Improve platform features and fix bugs;
- Detect and prevent fraud or unauthorised access;
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
5. Payment Processing
All payments are processed exclusively by Whop (Whop Payments Inc.). RFBitcoin.com does not receive, store, or process your credit card, debit card, or banking information. Whop's privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled. We receive only subscription status and plan tier information from Whop.
6. Cookies and Tracking
ODIN uses minimal, functional cookies required for session management (keeping you logged in). We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or cross-site behavioural tracking. We may use privacy-respecting analytics (e.g., aggregate page view counts) that do not identify individual users.
7. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: Whop (payment/subscription), server hosting providers — under confidentiality obligations;
- Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority;
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice to you.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter, or as required by law. Usage and technical logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 10).
9. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption in transit, password hashing (PBKDF2-SHA256), and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that poses a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected users and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as required by PIPEDA.
10. Your Rights Under PIPEDA
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- Withdraw consent to certain uses of your information (subject to legal and contractual restrictions);
- Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention obligations);
- File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

11. Children's Privacy
ODIN is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately.
12. International Users
ODIN is operated from Canada. If you access the platform from outside Canada, your information may be transferred to and processed in Canada. By using the platform, you consent to this transfer.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
